Also known as the Dragonlands or The Realm of Those Lands Once Ruled by Drayora, Drayora is a continent and island chain on the planet of Vrantr known for its ancient draconic ecology and the influence of its 800-year-old imperial power, the People's Republic of Drayora. It is closely neighbored by the continent of [[Telhasa|the_lands_of_telhasa]], although a deep cultural divide keeps the two continents mostly separate in the modern day.

People of Drayora

Most sapient beings within Drayora are humans, kin, and dragons, in descending order of population. Specifically, elves, goblins, and pursuers form the vast majority of humans in Drayora, and thus the majority of people. Dragonfolk of many varieties can be found in all areas of the continent. The following kinds of human and kin are also known to be found in certain areas of Drayora:

Ajhnj, hyena-like humans who are most common in the Arisij Basin and Northrel Peninsula.
Akitsunj, rare shapeshifting kin who are mainly found in the Arisij Basin.
Anureans, frogfolk humans who are very common in Aytara and the Republic of Drayora.
Aranear, many-limbed spider-kin mostly seen in the Arani Isles and Tolian Archipelago.
Asquama, semi-aquatic reptilian humans who mostly reside in the Nightbogs.
Beowir, dogfolk humans who have scattered populations across the continent, but especially in the Ringpeak and Tesian Mountains, as well as Aytara and the Republic of Drayora.
Harpasi, bird-like kin (though some argue they are really humans with merely birdkin features) who are occasionally seen in the Arani Isles but are most common in Telhasa, which for Drayora means the Telhan Peninsula.
Orcipelar, half-formed larval kin who have scattered populations across Drayora, but most notably in the Ringpeak Mountains and Aytara.
Pisciket, serpentine aquatic kin who are frequent sites in many of the coasts across Drayora, especially the Sea of Jaws.
Selenir, catfolk humans who are most common in the Tesian Plains and Arani Isles.
Whimsim, fey kin who can be found in small numbers in every corner of the continent, but particularly in the aptly-named Fairyhills.
